Promasidor Nigeria Limited has announced the appointment of Dr Eno Udoma-Eniang as its new Corporate Affairs & IDF Director, effective 8 July 2024.
Dr Udoma-Eniang, a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience, will bring her extensive expertise in corporate governance, legal practice, and stakeholder management to the leading manufacturer of high-quality food products.
With the position commencing on 8 July 2024. Dr Udoma-Eniang joins Promasidor from Emerging Markets Telecommunications Services Limited (9Mobile), where she served as Head of Government and Legislative Affairs. Her appointment brings over 30 years of experience across legal practice, corporate affairs, and regulatory management.
Dr Udoma-Eniang’s career spans various sectors including law, banking, and telecommunications, with notable tenures at top-tier law firms and companies such as Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie, Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah, UBA Trustees, and Econet Wireless (now Airtel Nigeria).
Her leadership roles and involvement in key industry committees, such as the Association of Licensed Telecommunications Operators of Nigeria (ALTON) and the Nigeria Employers Consultative Association (NECA), underscore her significant contributions to corporate governance and regulatory affairs.
Her academic credentials include a B.L from the Nigerian Law School and Ghana School of Law, an MBA from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from EMAS Business School.
